Lazy Chicken and Veggie Stew

I made this dish for our dinner the other night.  It was surprisingly good.  I based it on the way Will makes chicken korma for us, only instead of using a jar of Indian simmer sauce, I used a can of soup.

3 frozen chicken breasts
1 1/2 c. frozen peas
20 oz. bag frozen stew vegetables (potatoes, carrots, onions, celery)
1/4 can water

Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish.  WASH YOUR HANDS!  Yuck.  Cooking with meat is disgusting.  Why does it have to taste so good?  Get over yourself.  Add vegetables.  Add soup.  Add 1/4 can water.  Slop the soupy goop all over the chicken and veggies.  Bake at 450F for 45 minutes.  I know.  It seems like too high of a temperature and too long baking it, but it turns out delicious.

Enjoy!
