Happy World Mental Health Day!
I take Sertraline (generic Zoloft) daily and Clonazepam as needed, walk most days, eat healthy foods, sleep a lot, play with my husband and kid and our dogs, read Harriet Lerner books, teach Sunday School, and blog to alleviate my symptoms of PTSD and Major Depressive Disorder. In therapy off and on since I was eleven, I have yet to connect with a therapist long-term, but I'm lucky to have a great support system of friends and family.
