The Dreaded E Word

Exercise is a four-letter word times two. I know few people whose immediate reaction to seeing the latest news report that our bodies were designed for movement and that we are not "getting enough exercise" is not a resounding, "ugh".

I don't know about you, but I feel like sticking my fingers inside my ears and running in the opposite direction when someone tells me I'm not "getting enough exercise". It's one of my favorite activities, actually.

Another one of my favorite activities is dancing along to the Bjork station on Pandora while I'm putting away laundry.

And that's how I think of it. A fun activity. Not the dreaded E word.
